Linda knew how the market worked, she kept in touch with me every step of the way, she even helped me pack. Linda was always there for me. She is a master at negotiations. She treated me as a friend but was very professional. I am going to recommend her to any and everyone I know. IF I ever move again, I want her in my corner. I felt very lucky to have her as my realtor.

Joe is very knowledgeable about the current housing market. He assisted us throughout the whole process and was always readily available whenever help was needed. He shared tips with us how to sell our house for the selling price we wanted. He performed everything in a timely manner. A big plus is that he is fluent in ASL (American Sign Language) since we are Deaf and we were able to communicate without any difficulties. I can guarantee you will be very pleased having Joe Smith as your realtor!

Catherine really helped out alot especially in getting us a house that we would be in love with for the years to come and at a great budget that we was asking for. Especially for the type of payments we was asking for in a mortgage. Vince is a wonderful realtor and person to work with. He was my realtor when purchasing the property, then again when selling it. Both times he advocated for me, caught savings/issues in the process with externals both times, and had a great network of contractors and useful teams to leverage on quick-turn needs that arose. The process from start to finish was fast and easy. From the time my family and I first laid eyes on the home to moving in took no more that a couple weeks or so. James maintained great communication with us and was able to elevate any concerns we had in a timely manner. When we inevitably outgrow this home we will absolutely be using James for the next home we purchase!
