This was a piece of vacant, forested, land with several challenges for a potential builder. Vince knew what we were up against and he always gave us realistic info including price and timing. It took a while but that was fine, and I think he found the perfect buyer. Especially in the final negotiations he got the buyers to significantly improve their offer. It couldn't have worked out better!
Vince knows exactly what needs to be done to get your house sold for top dollar. He listened to what our expectations were as a sellers, and made a list of what was needed in order for that to happen. He has excellent market knowledge, and the ability to be both a sellers agent AND buyers agent to meet your specific needs.
I recenlty sold my home and the entire process was incredibly smooth thanks to my real estate team, Vince and Petra. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always available to answer my questions. Selling a home can be stressful, but they made everything simple and worry-free. Not only did they help me navigate every step of the process, but they also got my house sold quickly and for an excellent price. Their marketing, guidance, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for realtors who genuinely care about their clients and work hard to achieve the best possible outcome, I highly recommend them. I couldn't be happier with my experience and am grateful for everthing they did for me!
Vince is a wonderful realtor and person to work with. He was my realtor when purchasing the property, then again when selling it. Both times he advocated for me, caught savings/issues in the process with externals both times, and had a great network of contractors and useful teams to leverage on quick-turn needs that arose. Highly recommend and consider Vince a family friend (and realtor referral) for life.
Vince did a great job advising and helping throughout the process.
