I felt that Linda has a full knowledge of marketing and the photos that she took of my home inside and out sold it. I can't say enough good things about her.

Linda is very knowledgeable and can think outside the box. She is caring, dedicated, professional and takes a personal interest in your best interests as though you were not just a friend but Family! She is always responsive and stays on top of everything leaving you with a sense of being in capable and caring hands. Linda has now helped us for a second time and my wife and I will continue to keep her in mind for the rest of our lives. Perfection is her goal but she goes above and beyond the norm. I generally like to start at the end and work forward - So now that I'm providing my endorsement, I think it's fair to say we have reached the end (of our professional relationship! not of our friendship! Linda represented us as sellers of our family home - here we raised our family and spent our entire careers - this ground was sacrosanct. Of all things, Linda recognized our strong connection to our home, and was very respectful and considerate of that. Linda was well informed about the market in our area and marketed our house accordingly. She recommended some changes that buyers would look for and suggested fair pricing for our area - leaving all final decisions to us, with her professional advice. Our adult son spent a great amount of time representing our best interest in this sale - so thru the entire process Linda patiently dealt with a job that had two bosses. From our first meeting to our closing - Linda lived in her professionalism, knowledge and respect towards the goal of providing complete satisfaction, both to us and our son Shawn. Linda assisted in finding us a home. We had a short deadline and she got us into the home we wanted quickly. We paid the purchase price we wanted and all inspection requirements and corrections were made quickly and to our satisfaction. I recommend her services and will seek her services when I go to sell.
