Tim was awesome during the entire process, any time I called or sent an email he was very quick to respond. Tim arranged to meet with me prior to settlement allowing me to meet with some contractors for estimates so after settlement I was ready to get some remodeling accomplished very quickly
Julie helped us get locked in this home after we had a contract on a different home that had a horrible inspection. We only had a few weeks to be out of our current home that was under contract. We used Donna to buy our home in Berlin and there was no question who to go to when it was time to sell.Donna guided is thru some major hiccups -- all our decision- on our purchase and never made us feel guilty or stupid for changing our mind. Her concern was that we were happy with our new home. When it was time to sell she quickly staged our home, explained her thought proces on getting house on the market and selling point. She staged the house in an afternoon, had the house on the market the next day and sold over the weekend. Always available for questions and her experience in the Ocean City market is priceless. Can not recommend more highly.
