Dave was great! From day one he was attentive, asked us all the right questions and really listened to the answers, and was able to help us focus in on what we wanted. This saved us a lot of time, because we only had to look at a couple of his suggested properties before we found the right one for us. In six weeks, we went from looking at every possible property on the market to settling on the property of our dreams. Dave Whittington listed an apartment for us in North Ocean City in February 2026, and he was responsive, transparent, and professional throughout the entire process. From the beginning, he helped us understand common pitfalls and red flags, and he consistently presented clear options as we moved forward. Before we knew it, the property had multiple offers, and Dave took the time to walk us through them so we understood which ones were truly the best fit for us. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured to make a decision—he made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. We just purchased a condo in Ocean City, Maryland on 11/17/25. Dave provided us with excellence service. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I contacted him in September about real estate in Ocean City and gave him the property criteria that we wanted and the location. He set up a profile on the Real Estate MLS for us and we received notifications on all listed and upcoming properties that met our criteria. His communication was excellent and he was always very informative and always answered any questions that I had very promptly. Dave is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience in his business which makes him one of the best realtors out there. He is very professional, but also friendly. He made our buying a condo experience so enjoyable. We never felt pressured or rushed to have to make a decision on a property. He always emphasized that we had plenty of time and new property listings will be posted all of the time. Working with Dave was a very enjoyable and exciting experience. Dave answered all of our questions promptly, scheduled appointments to look at properties, gave us updates from the Seller when we wrote a contract, communicated and helped us with the ratified contract, communicated and provided information from the Seller's agent on the condo's HOA, prepared us for settlement, sent us emails with check lists of what we had to do prior to settlement, scheduled our walk through on the day of settlement and lastly settlement at the title company was fast and went smoothly. Dave Whittington is definitely the best realtor out there and we would rate him 100 Stars!!! We highly recommend him to everyone looking to purchase real estate in or around Ocean City, Maryland.
