When the market was cutthroat and we were outbid several times, she became our cheerleader and never gave up positive vibes that we would find the right place. I never felt pressured to settle and Jen never tried to up-sell us. As a first time home-buyer, she kept us on track through calendar invites, check-in texts, and coordinated with our lendor and title agents.
