Brian acted as my agent for the purchase of a home in Maple Lawn, Fulton. First and foremost, he earned my my trust and acted with patience, empathy and kept my interests at heart. He is a highly ethical and professional. During the search for a house and the critical process of making a successful offer he was thoughtful and provided careful information on the comparables and pricing. He is highly knowledgeable and has a deep knowledge of the homes in Maple Lawn. Beyond that, he is knowledgeable as a realtor and guided us through the process of preclosing and house inspections. He was utterly meticulous, took time to explain each process, had a time table and online to do schedule as well as written details. As the closing documents emerged, he went through EVERY item to explain what these complicated documents meant. I did not sign off on anything without him explaining what these were. This was also crucial as we did an online closing. Brian went to each inspection. Our post closing experience was also very special. He now acted also as neighbour, and was a font of advice and information on all the various services that go with maintaining a house. Based on my experience with Brian, I believe he would be just as special as a sellers agent.

One of Cindy's greatest skills is dealing with difficult people. Throughout the whole home buying process, Cindy managed me, who was stressed (first time homebuyer) and rather grouchy, other realtors or varying degrees of pleasantness, and the whole team of people who supported me from my loan officer, to the broker. Her interpersonal skills were was sealed the deal for me.

Barb McPhail was so helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our home, giving us the support we needed to make decisions along the way with confidence. Our situation included a long-distance move with only one of us on-site looking at houses in person with her, and she was so thoughtful in helping us through that difficult situation. She was supportive from the beginning of our home purchase journey while we learned about our mortgage options, there along the way as we chose homes to view including pointing out things to look for and asking questions on our behalf, and then when we finally found a home we wanted to purchase she helped us make the offer and guided us through the inspection and closing processes including some septic system issues the seller ended up resolving. Barb was great to view homes with, patient with our process of dealing with a limited housing market in a rural area, and an experienced knowledgeable agent to have on our side during negotiation and inspection process.
