Watching the agent promote the property online by photos made me very interested in suite 1003. On the day of the open house, the apartment was emasculate , very attractive. Free of dogs, cats, and children and the champagne offer was spectacular . The daycour allowed me to visualize what the apartment could look like . I decided to sell all my old shabby furniture. The discussions which followed after we made an offer convinced me that we have a willing seller who was not willing to negotiate. Revealing that the windows needed work convinced me that she was indeed an ethnical agent and seller. At the final walkthrough, Chris not only helped us check the house's condition, but also explained how the final cash-to-close had been determined so we didn't have any surprises when signing. Even after closing, Chris has still been available to answer questions. We are so grateful for his help and plan to work with him again in the future!

If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would! Trudy has been working with me for over a year as this was an estate sale. We had many bumps along the way, but Trudy never wavered and was there for me throughout the entire process! She was very upfront and honest with me and helped me make important decisions that would work best for me and my situation. She was steady during my emotional rollercoaster as well.
