The second asset which Carol has is that she is the hardest working real estate agent I have ever met or worked with. Her energy level is amazing. If she says she will pick you up at 9:00 AM, you had better be ready since she will be there. She finds the answers to all your questions about the unit she is showing you and tells you all the good points and the bad points so that you are entering into negotiations with knowledge on your side. She is honest and forthright. You can rely on her descriptions of the conditions of the unit and how actious the seller is to want to sell the unit. I have recommended Carol to people I know who want to buy Florida real estate without fear that she will mislead them.
