Tracy helped us sell our condo in Ellicott City this fall. She came to our initial meeting with printouts of the research she had done about similar properties that had recently sold in the area. Provide near real time communication from the seller and its agent. The process went smoothly and better than i could expect.

Susan is excellent at her profession. She kept me abreast of everything, and I had no surprises during our interactions. She provided constant updates, even when my buyer was at fault with their end of the transaction. She made sure my buyer and their realtor were following through with their responsibilities so that we could have a smooth outcome with the transaction. Awesome!
