Shanna is the best of the best. She has strong connections, works super hard for you as the buyer or seller, and she doesn’t stop until you find the place you need or want. Shanna has helped us find two commercial spaces now that we had no idea existed and met all of our needs, and now found us a dream property. She also stayed with us well past the lease/sale to be sure we got moved in and everything was up to par. Not just a paperwork agent like I have had in the past, she is so amazing!

We decided to move our family across the country from CA to FL. Shanna came as a recommendation from a family member and we were so fortunate she was able to work with us. We saw a few homes with her while we were in Florida and then we found a few other listings we were interested in after we flew back to CA. She scheduled to walk the properties for us and video the properties and give us her notes on the property. When it came to go through the inspection and escrow phase she was extremely helpful to be our voice when we were on the other coast.
