Shanna is the best of the best. She has strong connections, works super hard for you as the buyer or seller, and she doesn’t stop until you find the place you need or want. Shanna has helped us find two commercial spaces now that we had no idea existed and met all of our needs, and now found us a dream property. She also stayed with us well past the lease/sale to be sure we got moved in and everything was up to par. Not just a paperwork agent like I have had in the past, she is so amazing!

We decided to move our family across the country from CA to FL. Shanna came as a recommendation from a family member and we were so fortunate she was able to work with us. We saw a few homes with her while we were in Florida and then we found a few other listings we were interested in after we flew back to CA. She scheduled to walk the properties for us and video the properties and give us her notes on the property. When it came to go through the inspection and escrow phase she was extremely helpful to be our voice when we were on the other coast. After closing she again went above and beyond to assist us with the move in process and finding resources for us such as contractors, painters, yard maintenance, and the homes previous pool maintenance person. We had worked with many FL Realtors over a period of about a year. Some were helpful, most not so much. Then we met Shanna, the energy of the Everready bunny, to say the least. She asked a bunch of questions and showed us alot of homes. I know I'm not the easiest person to deal with, but she kept going, never seemed discouraged, and finally found us our home. Then came selling our Condo. The HOA did everything they could to hinder the sale. Shanna plowed through the obstacles and got the job done. Can't thank her enough.
