Amber from the start was EXTREMELY timely with responses, she was just as excited for us as we were and she didn’t hesitate to explain everything to us in detail and never got bothered by our endless amount of questions! (As this was our first time! There were LOTS of questions from our end) she explained everything in great detail and never made us feel bad for not knowing.. Nancy was quickly responsive with questions I needed answered. When we looked at homes she would check on things I would not have thought of, for example, I knew nothing of septic tank homes, she had all the information I would need, she knew which air handlers were good models, and since the process of buying and selling has changed dramatically when I bought a home 15 years ago, she made the process go quite smoothly for me.
