On Nancy's direction, a total of 4 inspections were conducted and these issues were escalated to the VPs of both Sales and Marketing. With the detailed information from the Inspector and Nancy's persistence, the builder was forced to acknowledge ALL of the issues and completely remove and REPLACE the roof (on a brand new home). None of this would have EVER been possible without NANCY! Nancy is not only our Agent, but she is now family! We are so grateful for the work she has done. She saved us thousands of dollars and prevented us from being manipulated by a large builder. We trust her emphatically and have asked her to sell our townhouse.
