Nancy sold my home in two days.. She followed through everyday what was needed for closing. I highly recommend her Nancy to be your realtor. She called every day asking for information to help with closing. The buyers came several times to look at my property. I would use Nancy as my realtor again because she did a fantastic job. She help me sell items in my house that i could take with me. Help me what the buyer needed to set the ring door bell ant theristat.

Nancy is clearly one the best to ever do it. A true professional at what she does. I highly recommend here. I would give here 6 stars if I could. She sold one of our homes and help us purchase another one. And will be selling another home we have. If you want someone to be honest and will fight you, Nancy is the one. My family will always be grateful for all the hard work Nancy has done and will do. We are team Nacy for life.

Nancy made lots of sacrifices to come and help me see many properties! She learned my priorities, likes and dislikes and my must haves. She surely listened and communicated this whole process.

Nancy was quickly responsive with questions I needed answered. When we looked at homes she would check on things I would not have thought of, for example, I knew nothing of septic tank homes, she had all the information I would need, she knew which air handlers were good models, and since the process of buying and selling has changed dramatically when I bought a home 15 years ago, she made the process go quite smoothly for me. I was pleased with Nancy’s negotiating skills as well in buying my new home. I have recommended her to a friend already.

My husband and I were introduced to Nancy, and to be honest neither one of us had high hopes (from bad past experiences with other agents). Boy were we wrong! Little did we know, Nancy was going to be GOD SENT for us through an extremely tumultuous buying experience. We started out viewing several homes, but chose to settle on a new construction which we thought was going to be smooth sailing. From the initial walk through Nancy was able to identify issues of concern, and immediately became a strong advocate for us. Our builder, Highland Homes, attempted to cut corners and push to close on a home that not only had cosmetic issues but most importantly had a bad roof! Nancy was able to recommend the BEST home Inspector Derle from Handy Vet Inspections to conduct a thorough inspection which revealed serious issues with the roof. On Nancy's direction, a total of 4 inspections were conducted and these issues were escalated to the VPs of both Sales and Marketing. With the detailed information from the Inspector and Nancy's persistence, the builder was forced to acknowledge ALL of the issues and completely remove and REPLACE the roof (on a brand new home). None of this would have EVER been possible without NANCY! Nancy is not only our Agent, but she is now family! We are so grateful for the work she has done. She saved us thousands of dollars and prevented us from being manipulated by a large builder. We trust her emphatically and have asked her to sell our townhouse. Nancy seems to have an endless amount of real estate knowledge and resources. Nancy is not just working for a commission, she actually cares about the work she is doing, and matching people with the perfect home.
