I was very happy with my experience with Stephan Hachey and FlatFeeMLS Realty. There was some paperwork for the listing that took a while, which Stephan walked me through. I also uploaded pictures of my property, some of which loaded sideways, but Stephan’s team fixed them. Once on the MLS, realtors called Stephan’s team to schedule showings.
