Luis has a great personality he is very much a people person he describes all the steps in Real Estate for the average person to follow along and understand. I met Luis in April 2023 looking at Mobile homes as that is what my home in Ct was. My Son and I were down, and we must have looked at 25 homes then Luis took us to a Villa, I was much more at ease with a Villa because it is structurally more secure for Fla. weather. My son and I went home and from then on Luis was conducting business from Fla while I was back in Ct. It's a wonder we didn't burn the wires because of so many real estate photos being sent back and forth between Luis and myself. I put my home for sale and the decision of where in Fla. I wanted to live. I picked Ocala because of the country type setting and accessibility to the stores and medical facilities. Then in Feb 2024 my son and Luis were viewing homes and I had so much confidence in Luis that I purchased a home sight unseen outside of the computer, I had a wonderful experience with Luis.
