Matt made buying an out of state home easy! We flew in for a week to look at homes in Parrish/ Bradenton area armed with a list of 30 homes we compiled from online listings. We spent our first day by ourselves knocking off a few that didn’t fit what we wanted then Matt spent the next 5 days showing us every property on our list plus some he thought matched our needs.
