If you want to sell your house, there is no group better than the Henzler Team! We lost our mother this past year, and Dan and his entire team made it a much easier process for my family and I. They were there at every turn, from helping us to learn what we should sell the house for, until the day we closed. Cathy not only helped find our forever, future retirement home so helped us find a short term rental very quickly. Her expertise was so helpful especially if you are not familiar with the Sarasota area.

Michael has complete knowledge of the Anna Maria Island and Bradenton real estate market and kept in contact with us for several years until we found the right fit.
