Monica understood my situation, my needs, and that I had to make a decision quickly. Her market knowledge meant the properties we looked at all met my criteria, so I never felt I was wasting time looking at any of them. I was amazed at how fast I found a property that I wanted and could make an offer on. Could I have found something better? Probably, but didn't have the luxury of unlimited time to keep looking. I'm very happy with my new home.

Tripp is a fabulous realtor. He responded to emails and texts immediately, regardless of the time of day. Our elderly loved one lives 3,000 miles away and was not mentally ready to sell her house. He was patient with us and very kind and loving, as he was raised by his grandmother. He walked through the house and, will his builder background, was able to tell us what updates we needed to make to improve the value of the house. Then, he referred us to a wonderful handyman in SouthBridge, Mike Collins, who fixed everything very quickly. He referred us to many other contacts for the estate sale, house cleaning, carpet cleaning. I could go on and on, but he has an amazing roladex and every person we called jumped in to help. Selling a home can be very difficult when you live far away and you are coming in to town to go through the house to figure out what to take to the assisted living and what to sell. Tripp made it all flow smoothly. We got a contract on the house within 5 days of listing the property and most importantly, he helped us negotiate back and forth- something we've done before, but don't do every day. I highly recommend Tripp Butler and Southbridge Realty!
