Rhonda went above and well beyond expectations. Not only did she sell our house in record time (5 days), but Rhonda smashed through unforeseen hurdles that no one had any idea existed. My house was in the historic district and she worked diligently with the city, home inspectors, contractors, and planners (and I'm sure more that I don't know about) until all issues were resolved regarding the buyer's and seller's concerns - all in record time. More amazingly she did all this with a positive attitude and smile!
