We have known Wendi as a friend for years, so when we decided to buy in the French Quarter, she did not disappoint with her knowledge of New Orleans and particularly, the Quarter. She knew it was the right fit for us all along, even before we did. She was a steady hand through a genuinely complicated closing: she knows the neighborhood inside and out, kept us in the loop, and worked hard to stay on top of the moving pieces right through to the closing table. Shelley worked tirelessly on our behalf. We had so many questions about the process and the French Quarter way of doing things. She helped us in so many ways. She went out of her way several times to help us find just the house we were looking for. She is professional, knowledgeable ( she lives in the French Quarter and knows "everybody" ), courteous, down to earth good person. She was a pleasure to work with.

Initially we weren't sure what kind of property we were interested in buying. Rather than show us random places, Ninh took the time to talk with us about our goals, desires and budget, as well as getting a feel for which neighborhoods we would be most comfortable in. Only then did he come up with a list of likely prospects. When he was showing, he was able to stay flexible as other properties became available, rearranging his (and our) schedule to accommodate having us see the widest spectrum of what he thought we would like. He assisted us in coming up with an acceptable offer and negotiation stance and, ultimately, I think it was a win-win for us and the seller. But it was after our offer was accepted that he really shined. Every step of the way -- from inspection, to title, to insurance, to utilities, to closing -- he kept us completely informed of what to expect and how to respond. Finally the closing was by far the easiest I have ever been involved in. I can't say enough good things about Ninh Tran and his agency. The best!

For years, Steve Richards (and Byron Kennedy) have kept my three French Quarter units rented with excellent tenants...always on the sidelines to help when needed. When it was time to sell, Steve came through even though the market was slow. There were some VCC repairs and other hurdles to jump before closing, but Steve's advice, expertise and rapport with the tight-knit French Quarter real estate community made the whole sale process smooth and easy.
