Steve Richards was an phenomenal agent to work with. He was always quick with a response and had a great sense of humor. I could not be more appreciative of his flexibility throughout my search for my new home!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend them enough! I needed to find a place and move in as quickly as possible, and they made it happen. They listened to exactly what I was looking for, respected my budget, and never tried to upsell me or push more expensive options. Every recommendation matched my needs. The whole process was incredibly efficient, fast, and stress-free—exactly what I needed during a very hectic time. They truly went above and beyond to help me secure my new home. They were an absolute lifesaver, and I’m so grateful for their professionalism, honesty, and dedication. Thank you!

Shelley's knowledge and network of local professionals were needed to overcome some issues with the sale. I don't think the sale would have closed without her efforts. She's excellent at communicating with her clients.

Shelley has sold two units for me in the past year, and was so great to deal with! very professional, gave honest feedback, and helped facilitate the sale for the buyers as well. If you are selling a home in the French Quarter, no-one has more experience than Shelley.

Shelly has a total understanding of the market where we wanted to purchase, the French Quarter New Orleans. She answered every question knew every angle. She helped us avoid what she knew we did not want and did not let us miss what she knew we would like. She went out of her way in so many ways to accommodate us, as we are Out of Towners. She was available to us morning and night for any strange questions and worries or problems. She made the whole process of buying a home pleasurable rather than excruciating. Both my husband and I felt very secure in her hands. And to boot, all of this wonderfulness did not end after we closed. She helped us with little details that I would consider over and above what is expected of a realtor. I could go on forever if I started citing all the instances of her help and availability. She's the best, what more can I say. I'll tell you straight, I would never have anyone else. She is truly a five-star agent
