The sale became complicated and chaotic several times during the time the property was on the market. After we got an interested buyer (now the new owner) things remained chaotic. Bruce simply jumped in, worked harder and got the sale back on track. A problem would come up, Bruce would solve it. None of these issues were our or Bruce's fault. We moved our property quickly at a fair price. Professional job keeping the deal together.
