It didn’t take long to see that Gwen knows what she’s doing! She understood what I was wanting earlier on, knew the pros and cons of neighborhoods. Has a keen eye for the construction of a house. Will say if a house is worth it or not in a professional way. Second to none when it came down to negotiating each and every issue for me. Definitely want Gwen on my side if I buy a house again!!
