For a long time while walking around Beau Chene For Sale signs bore her name more often than that of any other. When finally I had to move into a senior home and sell my old place in Beau Chene, Ms Bostick suggested a price, and then sold it for far more than I thought possible -- within two weeks!

Adrienne worked tirelessly with kindness as patience as at the time of listing and sale, I was newly widowed. All of her advice was invaluable and she was impeccably trustworthy. She sold the house in less than 3 months in a difficult financial climate by hosting numerous open houses and continuously showing the property to prospective buyers. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Shalena went the extra mile in every circumstance. This was all the more impressive since I had already moved out of state and had to rely on her to handle many of the details on my behalf. She gave specific input on things that needed to happen before the house was ready to list, helped us work around unusual circumstances, provided guidance on price point, pushed back where appropriate on the home inspection results and even tried to find tile for me to replace one that was cracked. House ended up selling for full asking price in less than a week. Was great finally meeting you in person at the closing Shalena!
