Professional, accommodating, relentless and great taste!

We had a great experience working with Natalia. I can’t recommend her enough. From the beginning to the end, she was very communicative, responsive, and committed to helping us through every step. Our process took much longer than we expected because of things that were out of our control, but Natalia never gave up. She kept fighting for us and always had our best interest in mind. She made sure we felt supported the whole time. She truly puts her clients first and always has a great attitude. We’re very thankful for all her hard work and would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

We highly recommend Natalia Wagner as a realtor. We used her services as buyers. Everything went smoothly due to her excellent care.

We were getting competing offers. Her experience and attention got results.

Sharon did an excellent job listing and selling our home. Her communication was great- always keeping us informed. She definitely went above and beyond to get our house sold quickly. Selling our home was seamless thanks to her. Definitely recommend!

Sharon is a fabulous realtor! I had an offer on my place and then less than a week before closing he backed out…Well Sharon went right to work and 10 days later we had a cash offer! She is the best she leaves no stone unturned! Highly recommend her! Plus she is a pleasure to work with!

The intent of this review is not to discredit or negatively impact Jamie’s reputation, but rather to provide constructive feedback on areas where I believe there is room for improvement. Overall, Jamie is very knowledgeable about the Northshore area, highly responsive, and made herself readily available throughout our home-buying process. Since my wife had just delivered our son and I was stationed in San Diego for work, we were purchasing a home sight unseen, so we relied heavily on Jamie to be our eyes and ears. She was always willing to visit homes, FaceTime us, and send videos, which we greatly appreciated. That said, there were a few instances that made us question whether everything was being handled with the level of professionalism and attention we expected during such a major purchase. The most significant concern involved a rodent issue in the attic that we later learned had been known about but was not disclosed to us prior to closing. We ultimately had to hire a pest company to resolve the issue ourselves. There were also a few details that seemed overlooked during the process, such as lack of awareness that the home had an active termite bond. We truly love the home we purchased and appreciate Jamie’s efforts and availability throughout the process. This feedback is simply intended to highlight areas for growth and improvement for future clients, particularly those purchasing remotely and relying heavily on their agent’s guidance and transparency.

Ms. Jamie is a wonderful realtor and an overall amazing person! She is extremely knowledgeable and is quick to respond. She has an answer or a reference for any question or need that you may have. We moved from out of state and she continually followed up with us and maintained communication throughout the entire process. Needless to say we will recommend Team Mixon to anybody who is looking to move!
