Gwen sold our house in 3 weeks in a difficult market. The key was her ability to keep the deal together throughout the inspection process. No one should ever try to sell their house without a great agent like Gwen. From start to finish, she earned her money. Thank you Gwen.
It didn’t take long to see that Gwen knows what she’s doing! She understood what I was wanting earlier on, knew the pros and cons of neighborhoods. Has a keen eye for the construction of a house. Will say if a house is worth it or not in a professional way. Second to none when it came down to negotiating each and every issue for me. Definitely want Gwen on my side if I buy a house again!! Thank you for all you done for me on my behalf. Just the best!
Gwen Dorris was wonderful to work with when selling our home. She was professional, responsive, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Her knowledge and dedication truly made a difference, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Gwen helped us prepare the house, recommended things to do to help it sell faster and for top dollar. Took professional pictures that enhanced the homes beauty, and was highly knowledgeable about the market in the area. She got my house under contract, full price and no appraisal in 24 hours after listing it. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.
THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! 100% RESPONSIVE AND SO EASY TO WORK WITH. SHE MAINTAINS AN OPEN RELATIONSHIP AND IS GREAT WITH COMMUNICATION. SHE WILL MAKE SURE YOUR BEST INTERESTS ARE WELL REPRESENTED
