It's over - thanks Louise

Despite the difficulty with defining the property's boundary Louise brought the deal to fruition. Took three changes in the closing date and the need to hire an abstractor but she was tenacious. The deal got done!

Louise kept me in the loop every step of the process.

Louise made me feel confident with this process. She advised me of all changes as they came up. I was pleased with all the communication and rapid response to all of my questions.

Professional and courteous going above and beyond

Allison and Louise were courteous and professional during the several months we worked with them. They provided market insights to help us with a listing price, they offered professional photography to showcase the great features of the home, and they were very accommodating to our availability whenever meetings arose. They were a great team to work with and I would recommend them to others!
