The photographer that she worked with put together an insanely elegant package that was evidenced by how many people wanted to view the house within an hour of putting it up. By the end of the day we had an offer for full price, which we accepted. Run that back: We had the house ready in a week and a full price offer within 8 hours of the listing going live when the average time on market for our area is 30 days. That tells you it was priced correctly and that Leslie and Heather use the right vendors and contacts to get your home seen to be sold. After the offer was made and throughout the inspection process, Leslie held our hand and soothed our worries (so much was riding on this sale). We were not rude, but also not easy easy customers. Leslie met us where we were to keep us focused on our move forward and not our past. We moved to CA a month after the house went up for sale and Heather Shields handled the closing for us so that we could get our son started in school.
