We met Francine 9 years ago when we came to LA looking to buy a Condo. From the moment we met we knew we were in good hands. She knew the Market very well and was able to answer any questions or concerns we had. Also, we never felt pressured by her to offer on a property that we weren't sure about...specifically because we had lots of criteria to meet...top floor, newer building etc. She was ALWAYS patient and on time and had the showings lined up conveniently. She also knew pretty much every area we visited and knew each neighborhood's ins and outs. After a year and a half of looking we finally found our place thanks to her. Also, her recommendation on how much to offer won us the Apartment. So when it came to Selling the same place she helped us find, we called no-one else. And that is because we trusted her with this IMPLICITLY. She was on top of EVERY showing and Documentation, and was present all the time throughout the entire process from start to Close. When we had concerns through the Escrow she was always there to answer any concerns. As stressful as buying and selling a place can be, It never felt Onerous while Francine was there. She also worked with us at our property to come up with a Marketing Sales plan that would get us the best offer possible. We got 4 offers all over asking thanks to that plan! Francine knows her Market. She won't allow Cowboy Agents to try to angle you...she won't set you on a course where you will have Buyer's Remorse.
