Jennifer Armas helped us sell our Aunts home after her passing. She was always available to answer our many questions with expertise and her compassion during this very difficult time for our family, was personable and very heart felt and appreciated. She worked very hard and diligently during this time, and was able to bring the right buyers to us. Her hard work paid off because the house sold for more than what we had expected to begin with. She definitely has great negotiating skills and was able to have the sale completed to our satisfaction. We can say with out a doubt her knowledge and responsiveness to our many telephone conversations showed her to be well prepared and also showed her true dedication to her clients. I would highly recommend her as an agent and would definitely use her expertise and have her be my agent in the future.
