We met Francine 9 years ago when we came to LA looking to buy a Condo. From the moment we met we knew we were in good hands. She knew the Market very well and was able to answer any questions or concerns we had. When we had concerns through the Escrow she was always there to answer any concerns. As stressful as buying and selling a place can be, It never felt Onerous while Francine was there. She also worked with us at our property to come up with a Marketing Sales plan that would get us the best offer possible. We got 4 offers all over asking thanks to that plan! Francine knows her Market. She won't allow Cowboy Agents to try to angle you...she won't set you on a course where you will have Buyer's Remorse. I have had several house purchases and sales over the years, each with a different real estate agent. This house sale was a bit more complicated than the others, but Francine took care of everything with professional poise and efficiency. During the selling phase, Francine gave updates every few days as market conditions and competing offerings changed. Francine organized decor and interior/exterior photography to display the property most attractively. After a successful negotiation resulted in the property being put in escrow, Francine calmly handled the unexpected twists and turns and provided comforting reassurance. For example, when the gas company shut off the gas because of a leak in an adjacent property, Francine coordinated with the HOA and the gas company to arrange for workmen access (they needed to open some walls to find which pipe was leaking) and made sure that all repairs to the property were made and then paid for by the other parties.
