We are inquisitive people who like to be involved in the real estate process. Oscar is a patient and accessible realtor who clearly explained and guided us through the real estate transaction. He further researches the real estate transaction as needed. As a result, he is able to negotiate a better deal for clients by reducing fees or procuring additional concessions from the seller. Oscar’s assistance dealing with the escrow company selected by the seller was very valuable. Oscar’s vigilant and timely intervention helped avert errors and insisted on the escrow officer following instructions as stipulated in the signed agreements. During this frustrating time with the escrow company, Oscar always kept his composure and smiled while keeping our best interest in mind. Oscar’s professional performance surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend Oscar as a realtor due to his knowledge, accessibility and advocacy for his clients. We are very appreciative of his excellent performance that facilitated the overwhelming real estate transaction. Thanks Oscar, great job!
