From the start, Gladys helped my wife and I with any and all questions and concerns we had by providing the answers to those questions in a prompt manner. As first time buyers, it's a daunting task keeping up with all the regulations and forms needed in the process of buying a house but Gladys was there to walk us through each form and explain thoroughly page by page what each section detailed. She was always punctual, friendly, and welcoming in all our meetings. Gladys was great at communicating with us and reminding us of what documents to sign and what information was still needed. She also facilitated communication between us and our financial advisor. She also took into consideration all our thoughts when searching for the right home and was constantly sending us homes that were open to schedule a viewing. Thanks to her the process of buying a home as first time buyers was smoother than we anticipated.
