As a first time home buyer I have a small idea of what I was getting into. Being unfamiliar with industry lingo Rachel really broke down the processes and procedures in a very simple and understandable way. Anything I needed or had questions about she was on it and didn’t let a single thing slip through the cracks. I am grateful that we were able to work together and make the process very simple and easy. I am so thankful many times over and over about the outcome. I highly recommend Rachel for intelligence, easy of understanding, and thorough communication. Thank you so much for making this first process super simple and easy. Will definitely use you in the future and refer you out to those I know.

Rachel was wonderful to work with! It took us months of looking to find the right home, and she never gave up on the process. She was always quick to respond to our requests to see homes and flexible in her availability to do walk-throughs. She helped us think through pros and cons of each house, and noticed details that we didn’t. She walked us through all the steps of making an offer and gave advice without being pushy. I had so many questions about contracts and closing, and she was always quick to respond and explain. I highly recommend working with Rachel!

Nick was the first to reach out to us when I made a FB post about wanting to relocate from ME to SC. We didn’t know where to begin and what was even tougher was the fact that we didn’t even know what town we wanted to settle in. We had started coming to SC back in 2017 to visit USC with our oldest daughter and just fell in love with the culture, weather, and the people. Being born and raised in Maine, living in a very small country town, never living anywhere else for 49 years, it was a scary move. This is where Nick came in, he offered to take us to dinner and just talk. What hit home with my husband and I both was the way he offered, his words to us were “A conversation doesn’t cost anything, it will give us an opportunity to see if we are compatible and if we are not, I will help you find someone who you are compatible with”. To us, that was honesty from the start. We had our 15 year old daughter with us and Nick made it a point to include her in the conversation which made us feel good. We asked some hard questions (and so didn’t he), and at the end of dinner we knew Nick was the one we wanted to help us find our home here in SC. His knowledge of the different locations we had been exploring online was super helpful, and he did encourage us to do our due diligence in researching any towns we were considering. We started with Lexington at the end of every day, we all said Lexington just felt like home. Nick set us up to view homes online, when we found one we liked he would do video walk through a for us to see. When we were able to fly down and look at some properties in person, he set it all up for us. We loved this house from the first online view to the video tour to the in person tour. With Nick’s knowledge, we offered 10k under asking and got our home. He consistently went above and beyond for us! This has been a dream for us since 2017 and Nick made it happen! My family is eternally grateful! I could keep going, but they don’t give enough..

If you’re looking for the perfect home and you need the perfect realtor, Nick Good is your guy! My wife and I had the best experience while on the search for our home. He’s very knowledgeable and personable when it comes to the clients and their needs. Nick, has been absolutely phenomenal and amazing to us! In the future he will always be our go to guy for any of our house hunting needs. Thanks so much for making this process so easy and a great transition for my family.

Nick was fantastic! Always on top of things, extremely patient, remained upbeat the whole time and always kept us updated. It took 6 months to close due to complications with the buyer but Nick never lost his cool. Definitely recommend for all of your real estate needs!
