We were first time buyers ,Dexter was recommended by a long time friend and realtor! My wife and I both had ideas of what we wanted. Our list was quite long ! One thing we didn't want was a HOA ! As I stated,this was our first time ,Dexter was able to answer every question and offer his opinion which was really what we needed! Dexter went above and beyond to schedule inspections , find answers if he didn't know off hand! Our hunt went to the far reaches of the area and back a few times! We were told that "word of mouth" is the best way that we could thank Dexter Gates ,we could not have asked for a better realtor! Dexter was so great to work with. He was very quick to answer all my questions, and promptly set up appointments to go look at houses. He helped us sell our house as quickly as possible and expertly assisted us in finding a new home. You can't go wrong with him as your agent!

Dexter is definitely a package deal! By that I mean he keeps you informed as to what's going on. If you need advice he will give it but ultimately letting you make up your own mind. He is honest.
