The communication was another key point—she was always available to answer our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. For me, the fact that she speaks Spanish was fundamental. It allowed me to fully understand all the complex details and documents, which made a stressful process feel much more transparent and manageable. Beyond being an incredible professional, she is a wonderful person. I wholeheartedly recommend her. We were first time buyers ,Dexter was recommended by a long time friend and realtor! My wife and I both had ideas of what we wanted. Our list was quite long ! One thing we didn't want was a HOA ! Dexter listened to our wants and needs ,he is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the Greater Columbia and outlying areas! Dexter explained that not wanting a HOA greatly narrowed our choices! Dexter is definitely a package deal! By that I mean he keeps you informed as to what's going on. If you need advice he will give it but ultimately letting you make up your own mind. He is honest.
