We were first time buyers ,Dexter was recommended by a long time friend and realtor! My wife and I both had ideas of what we wanted. Our list was quite long ! One thing we didn't want was a HOA ! Dexter listened to our wants and needs ,he is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the Greater Columbia and outlying areas! Dexter explained that not wanting a HOA greatly narrowed our choices!
