Nick was the first to reach out to us when I made a FB post about wanting to relocate from ME to SC. We didn’t know where to begin and what was even tougher was the fact that we didn’t even know what town we wanted to settle in. We had started coming to SC back in 2017 to visit USC with our oldest daughter and just fell in love with the culture, weather, and the people. Being born and raised in Maine, living in a very small country town, never living anywhere else for 49 years, it was a scary move. This is where Nick came in, he offered to take us to dinner and just talk. What hit home with my husband and I both was the way he offered, his words to us were “A conversation doesn’t cost anything, it will give us an opportunity to see if we are compatible and if we are not, I will help you find someone who you are compatible with”. To us, that was honesty from the start. We had our 15 year old daughter with us and Nick made it a point to include her in the conversation which made us feel good. We asked some hard questions (and so didn’t he), and at the end of dinner we knew Nick was the one we wanted to help us find our home here in SC. His knowledge of the different locations we had been exploring online was super helpful, and he did encourage us to do our due diligence in researching any towns we were considering. We started with Lexington at the end of every day, we all said Lexington just felt like home. Nick set us up to view homes online, when we found one we liked he would do video walk through a for us to see. When we were able to fly down and look at some properties in person, he set it all up for us. We loved this house from the first online view to the video tour to the in person tour. With Nick’s knowledge, we offered 10k under asking and got our home. He consistently went above and beyond for us! This has been a dream for us since 2017 and Nick made it happen!
