Gary will go the extra mile for you. I lived in Texas and couldn't go see homes in person. He went many miles to do video viewings so that I could see many , many different homes. He covered homes from Batesburg/Leesville to Prosperity and onto Newberry and right on down to Lexington and West Columbia. He's full of knowledge. He's also protective, Knowing that I'm a single older woman he checked the sex offenders list. He took my grown kids out to see many homes so that they could tell me yes or no on a particular home that I was seriously considering. Gary always would return my call or text anytime I left a message. He is very patient and encouraging. I'm so grateful to Gary because of his advice and expertise I found the perfect home for me and my dog. He watches out for his clients to help them get the best deal possible.

Gary brought me a qualified out of state purchaser (he protected the purchasers identity as they had requested of him) and was there from beginning to closing. He is knowledgeable of modern tactics including methods of electronic document execution and delivery. Gary kept me posted via email and text of any changes and updates in real time. He always answered my calls and texts. He did more than I thought was expected of a realtor.
