Missey Weatherly served as our real estate agent in the sale of our condo at Wildcat Run in Estero. She was totally professional in all of her dealings with us. She seemed very aware of the real estate conditions for sales at Wildcat and gave us some useful advice on how to enhance our offering and how best to present the unit. What we found most unusual was that she was extraordinarily sincere and concerned that our needs could and would be met in the entire process. We highly recommend her.

It was such a pleasure meeting Allan and working with him. We had asked him to show us a condo. We really weren’t serious buyers at the time but wanted to see what was out there. He showed us the condo then mentioned he had a town house we could see. We liked that place much better even though it was extremely outdated. Allan said it was a gut job. I really wasn’t interested. Our daughter continued to watch that place online. The price continued to drop and pretty much sight unseen we made an offer. Allan handled it all. I was in Paris the day I signed the papers and Allan made that process very easy. We bought in August and met Allan at the place in September. It was a major undertaking fixing up the place and Allan was a big help. We are loving living in the community and very greatful to Allan for doing a great job working with us to buy the place. Rene was fantastic, got everything done nice and quickly. Erika was really helpful too. Definitely would recommend MVP! They are the best. It was a tough time for me, losing both parents, and Rene made the experience really smooth and easy for me. The house is perfect, could not ask for anything more. So happy.
