David was great in helping find a great mortgage broker and inspector and walking us through the entire purchase process. He was a great negotiator on our behalf during purchase and closing. Finally, since we closed remotely he helped us make sure all documents were explained and where and how to get them signed, notorised and sent back to ensure a proper closing.
