We had to sell our SWFL patio home ASAP when we were offered a property we'd waited five years for in the northeast. We were still in the dead of winter, unable to get south for a month. We called Sue Ford: "Don't wait! The market down here is hot!" Sue reassured us she could get our house ready with help from our neighbor. We thought her asking price was too high. Our kitchen and bathrooms hadn't been upgraded like many of the houses in our neighborhood. Three days after our original call to Sue, at the open house that she had listed online, an offer came in above her listed price! Sue Ford knows the real estate business, and knows how to get things moving fast. And we were 1500 miles away! Added to Sue's know-how and efficiency, she is a delight to work with. She has good PR, is honest and trustworthy, and has a pleasant upbeat demeanor. The kind of person that would make a great neighbor. And friend.
