I enlisted Bob's services to buy a home in 2014, sell a home in 2019 & buy a duplex for income in 2019. Bob provides an excellent service managing the rental property. He is always available whenever you call him and provides a quick response to inquires. The property search engine he provides is the most thorough one I have seen. I highly recommend Bob to anyone in need of a realtor. Once you have experienced working with Bob you will never look for another realtor again.
