However, we went back to NC and later saw a condo on line in Cape Coral which had all the features we were looking for so we called Andrew and he looked at the property and sent us pictures along with his honest assessment. We ended up buying the condo. Andrew worked with us over the phone and the internet and met us for the closing. Andrew is very knowledgeable in real estate and very professional. He is also pleasant to work with. We will definitely contact him again if we have a need for a realtor.
