We could not have asked for a better agent. We were blessed with a caring professional who often went out of her way. She is feisty and will go the extra mile. I truly think other agents could take a cue from her not only in professionalism but being an agent who will not stop until everything is right for their clients. We thank Victoria and wish her the very best!

Victoria Corby is just the best, in every way! She is friendly, patient, kind and very knowledgeable about the market in Cape Coral. She is always available when we need her and never seems to be in a rush. She showed us all of the homes we wanted to see and understood our needs and desires in a home. When our preferred budget didn't match the type of home we wanted, she didn't push us to spend more. She took the time to show us what we wanted and was NEVER pushy at all. I can't even think of a negative or somewhere she could improve! We really lucked out! It has been such a pleasure to work with Victoria. I believe we have made a friend in Cape Coral!!

Victoria has sold 3 of my properties. She does her homework making price suggestions after looking at comparables. She has another very professional photographer takes aerial views with a drone as well as photographs of the interior and exterior of the property. The first property she sold for me was on the market 1 day!! Definitely go with Victoria Corby. You will be hard pressed to find a better realtor!
