Working with Trish Kirby to sell our home was an absolute pleasure. Her expertise in the Florida market was evident from our first meeting. Trish is an excellent communicator and negotiator. Throughout our home-selling process she promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. From our first meeting to the closing process, Trish was always by our side and on our side. We cannot recommend her enough if you are looking for a great agent!

She worked very hard to sell my home in Sandoval.. I was an absentee owner. living in Ohio. She kept me posted on all activity on the property. I could not be more pleased with her work, very friendly and competent. I recommend her highly.

Trish came highly recommended and did a fantastic job for us as well. Her knowledge of the area and the market was incredibly helpful when it came time for us to make a purchase decision. She stayed close to the process every step of the way from showing, through closing and beyond. For anything real estate related in the future, she will be our first call. Very highly recommended.
