I was on a tight time schedule, and Rose was thoroughly familiar with every step necessary to meet that deadline. She was always available for questions and was available when needed. I would recommend her to anyone needing her expertise when buying/selling property.

Brett has bought and sold three homes for me. All three experiences went well. Brett goes above and beyond in making all aspects of a sale/purchase run smoothly. He made himself available to meet and direct work men, when I was unable to be present. The seller of my current home was a very difficult person, Brett, was patience itself and ran interference when needed. You can't go wrong using Brett Pavel, he made all three experiences a pleasure.
