Brett has bought and sold three homes for me. All three experiences went well. Brett goes above and beyond in making all aspects of a sale/purchase run smoothly. He made himself available to meet and direct work men, when I was unable to be present. The seller of my current home was a very difficult person, Brett, was patience itself and ran interference when needed. Brett was our agent in both buying a new home and selling our old home. He worked diligently in trying to find the right home for us that included all of our desired features for a new home. He was always available to check out any home we came across that we wanted to see and constantly updated us on the progress of his own search for our new home. He truly cared about our needs during our search. Brett's knowledge of the area was a great resource for us. When we sold our house, he made the listing and selling process easy. All in all, Brett was a fantastic agent and we would use him again to buy or sell a home.
