Al and Sandie are an incredible team! From the beginning when we were just starting to think about buying a house, they took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us understand what the home buying process was going to be like. They were very knowledgeable about what the housing market was like, and let us know what to expect at each stage. We viewed over 20 homes, and honestly we started to get discouraged because we weren’t having much luck. I actually cried while on the phone with him, asking if this just wasn’t the right time, or if we needed to severely lower our standards to be able to get something. Al could recognize that we were losing motivation, but he wouldn’t let us give up. He worked late, made tons of calls, did lots of research, and put together another showing day, and the first house we saw that day ended up being the one we bought!! During the buying process, the sellers weren’t the easiest to work with. Al took care of everything for us. He negotiated the terms for us, and when the house appraised for less than what our offer was, he helped us navigate what to do. All the way down to closing day, when we did our final walk through, the sellers had left a bunch of stuff behind (junk, broken things under the deck, etc). Al was on it right away, calling the sellers agent to have someone come take care of it, and it was taken care of that day so we could move in and start enjoying our new home. He has truly been there for us through the whole thing, and even still while we get settled in our home, I know if we have any questions or problems he is just a call or text away. We are so grateful for Al and Sandie!!
