Being a first time home buyer, this new journey has so many things you don't understand and at times will make you afraid and confused about the whole process. You don't want to ask questions that sound stupid or crazy, so you just go along with a realtor's advice, and that's pretty discouraging not to knowing proper information about the biggest purchase in your life. But thank God for people like Justin Poritzky who are very kind, open minded, positive, and sincere to others that needed help like I myself, He was always available (in business hours) when I called about any questions or concerns about buying our first home. Diana was excellent in every aspect of our home purchase. Living 3 hrs from the home we purchased, communication with Diana was a must. If she didn't have an answer, she made sure that she got one for us. it didn't matter the time or day, she was always there for us. She made sure that the selling agent & HOA new all of our concerns and she helped resolve every one to our satisfaction. She coordinated all aspects of our closing and it went very smoothly and right on schedule.
