She responded almost immediately to phone calls, messages, texts and emails. If she didn't have an answer, she made sure that she got one for us. it didn't matter the time or day, she was always there for us. She made sure that the selling agent & HOA new all of our concerns and she helped resolve every one to our satisfaction. She coordinated all aspects of our closing and it went very smoothly and right on schedule.
